For couples looking to strengthen their relationship before tying the knot. Identify key areas for improvement in communication and develop essential skills for a successful marriage. This proactive approach helps you build a solid foundation, ensuring that both partners are aligned and ready for the journey ahead. 

Couples Counseling

​For couples in all stages of dating, marriage, separation, and divorce, who are seeking to address relational dynamics, attachment wounds, communication conflicts, infidelity, trust, intimacy, and decision making. Following Gottman and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) modalities, partners will be able to openly communicate and explore their emotions within a safe and supportive environment. Coupes will gain deeper insight into their reactive patterns and learn effective communication skills and conflict resolution skills.  Couples will feel empowered to navigate challenges with clarity, vulnerability, empathy and connection.

Family Counseling

Family counseling provides a supportive space for families to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and build healthier relationships. Services focus on helping family members better understand one another’s perspectives, improve emotional connection, and develop practical skills for navigating challenges such as life transitions, parenting stress, or ongoing tension. The goal of family counseling is to foster greater understanding, collaboration, and resilience so families can move forward together in a more connected and supportive way.

Workshops & Speaking Engagements

Engaging, evidence-informed workshops and speaking engagements designed to educate, inspire, and support individuals, families, and organizations. Topics include stress management, building healthy habits, and practical parenting strategies, with presentations tailored to the unique needs of each audience. These talks blend clinical expertise with relatable, real-world tools to help participants improve well-being, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable positive change.

Fees

If not using insurance, session rates range depending on the service provided. Talk therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and Accelerated Resolution Therapy sessions are typically 75-90 minutes. 

Fees are structured as follows:

  • Initial Session / Diagnostic Evaluation $180

  • Individual Psychotherapy Session $150

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy Session $175

  • Couples Session $200

  • Family Session $200
